Who we are
Oxford Visuals is the trading name of AMC Media and Design Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 07299455, at The Old Surgery, High Street, Chalgrove, Oxford OX44 7SS. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@oxfordvisuals.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form that is your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the project type you select and whatever you write in the message. If you email us directly we hold whatever your message contains. We do not ask for and do not want special category data such as health or financial details.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote and to carry out any work you go on to commission. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests for replying to an enquiry you started, and performance of a contract once we are working together. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not run a newsletter.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client we keep project correspondence and financial records for as long as the work requires and for the periods UK tax and accounting law sets out.
Who else sees it
This website is built and hosted on Framer, so form submissions pass through Framer's systems on the way to our inbox. Our email is hosted by a third party provider. Those two are the only processors involved. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We use Framer's built-in analytics, which counts page views without cookies and does not follow you across other websites. We run no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking, so this site sets no cookies that require your consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing it or ask us to restrict that processing. Email hello@oxfordvisuals.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of it. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
